Call Conferencing (feature includes Warm Call Transfer and new Call Controls)

Agent Dashboard Updates:

  1. New Call Control side panel - located on right hand side of screen for easy navigation.
  2. Clearly marked Call Control Buttons - Transfer, Hang-up, and Mute.
  3. Ability to hear/talk to the third-party pick up the phone, prior to transferring the caller.
  4. Transfer calls and conference in third-parties that are on or off property grounds. Includes mobile calls too!
  5. Use the 'Add Party' button to bring in another caller easily, yet still put the caller "On Hold" while connecting additional callers. There is no limit to the number of callers you can have on the call.
  6. Agents making outbound calls via Remote Client (computer), now have a Keypad to select phone menu options.

  1. Updated Lead Export by allowing users to add filters before exporting leads from the system.

Property Management System

  1. Update to Annual Tax Forms page when printing multiple tax forms at once that the forms will print two different forms per page. 
  1. Added logic to properly print tax forms on stock paper for 1042-S.
  2. Guest Folio Charges - Account Filter (Only show those account with item).
  3. Daily Overview Report - Capture snapshot of unit status.
