How to Navigate Directory Numbers

To get to Directory Numbers: Configuration>Pulse Setup>Directory Numbers


Directory Numbers are numbers that will go outside the TRACK Pulse system.  Often times, departments such as accounting or housekeeping won't need to use TRACK Pulse so setting up their number as a directory number is how they can pick up calls without having to use TRACK.

To set up a directory number, hit the green +Directory Number toward the top right.  Once you've done this, title the number and then insert the number in the Number field.  You have the option to disable recordings on this number, allow agents to transfer to this number, and force agents to wrap up after they transfer the caller.
