How to Navigate Custom Fields

To get to Custom Fields: Configuration>CRM>CRM Setup>Custom Fields.

Once you've reached Custom Fields, you'll be able to see the custom fields in your system.

From here, you can edit, delete, or create new custom fields.  Custom fields will show up on the bottom of the lead or contact form.

By clicking the edit or +Custom Field, you'll be taken to Add Custom Field page where you can edit or create a new custom field.  

The fields are as follows:

Label: Name your custom field.

Related To: Select Contact option if you want the custom field to show on the contact form. Select Lead option if you want the custom field to show on the lead form.
Text: Provides an entry box to input text.
Text Area: Provides a text area for entry of multi-line text.
Select: Choose a value from a pre-defined list, rather than letting the user type in a box.
Multi Select: A selection dropdown that can allow multiple selections.
Radio: A graphical control element that allows the user to choose only one of a predefined set of options.
Checkbox: A choice between one of two possible mutually exclusive options. For example, the user may have to answer 'yes' (checked) or 'no' (not checked) on a simple yes/no question.
Date: Select a date from calendar.
Decimal: Enter numerical whole numbers with option of adding decimal point. Example: 813.99
Integer: Enter numerical whole numbers. Example: 212
Special - Unit Type: Option ONLY appears if you use Track's Property Management System. This will allow you to select from unit types that you've setup in your system.
