Conversation Results are how agents will mark the result or what type of conversation it is.
To get to Call Results: Configuration>Pulse Setup>Conversation Results
Once you've reached the Conversation Results page, you'll be able to see the conversation result options that are in your system. Conversation Results are what the agents will mark the call with to help denote what type of call it is.
You can edit, remove, or create new conversation results on this page. To create a new conversation result, hit the +Conversation Result button toward the top right.
Once you're brought to the conversation result setup page, you'll only have to enter a few fields to create or edit a call result. Simply title the lead, choose the type of call it is for the call result option and hit the checkmark for Active so agents can use this conversation result.
Once finished, hit Save Result at the bottom.
