Call Results are how agents will mark the result or what type of call it is.
To get to Call Results: Configuration>Pulse Setup>Call Results
Once you've reached the Call Results page, you'll be able to see the call result options that are in your system. Call Results are what the agents will mark the call with to help denote what type of call it is.
You can edit, remove, or create new call results on this page. To create a new call result, hit the +Call Result button toward the top right.
Once you're brought to the call result setup page, you'll only have to enter a few fields to create or edit a call result. Simply title the lead, choose the type of call it is for the call result option, and hit the check mark for Active so agents can use this call result.
Once finished, hit Save Result at the bottom.
