To get to Lead Types: Configuration>CRM Setup>Lead Types
Once you've clicked Lead Types, Pulse will bring you to the Lead Types page where you can see all the lead types in your TRACK Pulse system. From here, you can edit or create a new lead type.
The first step will be to title your lead type, followed by selecting the auto close rule you want to use.
Next, you'll want to set the lead type as active if you want your agents to be able to use this lead type and then set the archive settings. The archive settings will determine when leads are archived, meaning they cannot be interacted with and the lead will be marked as 'archived.' They can, however, be reopened. You can choose to archive leads by close, arrival, or departure dates and then set when those leads will archive based on the date setting. For example, if you set the archive settings to arrival date with an archive interval (days) of 1, the lead will archive 1 day after the set arrival date on the lead.
Once finished, click Save Type.
