How to Navigate Lead Statuses

Lead statuses are what agents will mark the lead to signal the status of a potential booking.

To get to Lead Statuses: Configuration>CRM Setup>Lead Statuses


Once you've reached the Lead Statuses page, you'll be able to see the lead status options in your TRACK Pulse system.  From here, you can edit or create a new lead status by clicking the +Lead Status button toward the top right.

If you click edit or +Lead Status, you'll be taken to the Add Lead Status page where all you have to do is name the lead status and assign an order number to it which is just the order in which it'll show up on the lead status drop down, 1 being the first lead status order to show up.

Once finished, hit Save Status.
