Lost Reasons are what agents will mark as reasons on why leads do not close win or book.
To get to Lost Reasons: Configuration>CRM Setup>Lost Reasons
Once you've reached the Lost Reasons page, you'll be able to see the lost reasons options in your TRACK Pulse system. From here, you can edit or create a new lost reason by clicking the +Lead Status button toward the top right.
If you click edit or +Lost Reason, you'll be taken to the Add Lost Reason page where all you have to do is title the lost reason, mark as active if you want to use it, and mark as Auto Close Rule Only if you want the lost reason to only be an auto close rule lost reason.
