How to Navigate Contacts

Contacts are where you will find users of TRACK Pulse, contacts that users have saved in the system, and past contacts that have been imported from your old system.

To get to Contacts: CRM (left toolbar)>Contacts

The Contacts page will allow you to access all contacts within TRACK Pulse.  On the main page, you'll be able to see all contacts by going through the pages of contacts or searching a contact in the search box.  This page will show a contact's name, email, phone numbers, and if they are a VIP.  

From here. you can view, edit, or delete contacts which you can find on the very right of the contact.  You can also import, export, or add a new contact and you can find those buttons toward the top right of the page.

If you click edit on a contact or +Contact to add a new contact, this will bring you to the Create Contact page.

On this page, you can add a contact's name, company, birth date, and other basic credentials about the contact.  The next section is Contact Identity.  On this page, you'll add in the contact's modes of communication including phone numbers, email. and fax number.

The last section, Address, is where you'll add in their address.

Once finished, hit Save Contact.
