Emails are where you will go to see all processed and unprocessed emails. Keep in mind, you can also toggle over to Voicemails toward the top right corner and vice versa.
To get to Emails: CRM (Left Sidebar)>Emails
On the Emails page, you will be able to view an email's details such as the date it was sent in, what email address the email came from, the subject of the email, what campaign it came from, the contact, and lead.
You can filter emails by unprocessed or processed. Processed emails will show the emails that have already been dispositioned while the unprocessed emails still need to dispositioned.
To the right of these fields are the buttons, View, Process, and Delete. You can view the lead without being able to edit it with the View button. Delete will delete the email entirely. The third and most important button is 'Process'.
'Process' will allow you to go into the disposition screen with the email in the activity notes. Here is where you can fill out the disposition with the details in the email. You can also email directly back in this disposition screen by using the External Email function on the right side of the lead form.
Once you are finished filling out the disposition, hit Save Disposition. This will save the email inquiry as a lead and will transfer that email from the unprocessed emails page to the processed emails page.
