Sales are where you'll go to see all bookings through TRACK Pulse, including canceled reservations.
To get to Sales: CRM (Left Sidebar)>Sales
The Sales page will allow you to see all sales that have been made within Pulse, detailing each sale with 8 fields. The first 2 fields, Id and Order, are ways to identify and track a particular sale. Each Id and Order are unique to a particular sale. The next 4 fields are informational. The value will show how much a sale booked for. Contact is the person who booked. The agent is the person who ran the booking through TRACK Pulse, and Campaign is the origin of how the contact reached out to the company. The last 2 fields show the method in which they booked. Origin Action details how the contact initially made contact with the company, while Close Action details how the sale was closed.
The filters above the individual sales will help narrow down your search when looking for particular sales. The date range can be customized by clicking on the date range box. Select Campaign will give you a drop-down menu to search sales based on certain campaigns. Select Agent will filter sales by the agent who booked a sale. The last field is a search box where you can type in various identifiers from the Id, Value, Contact, Agent, and Campaign.
From this page, you can delete a sale by clicking the red Delete button to the right of a sale, or choose to add or edit a sale by clicking +Sale or Edit to edit a particular sale.
Clicking Edit or +Sale will bring you to the Update Sale page or Create Sale page, respectively.
On this page, you'll be able to select a sales link which will link to your property management system, put in the order number, select which agent is assigned to sale, select the campaign will be attributed to the sale, put in the dates in which the sale initially started and closed, the origin of how they got in contact with the company and how they ended up booking.
Once you have finished creating a sale or editing one, click Save Sale at the bottom.
