  1. Removed call result id in all remaining reports to use conversation result id instead.
  2. Set Queue timeout to max of 900 seconds if setting is greater.
  3. Added total calls to the Campaign Revenue report.
  4. Reverted some recent changes to the One Call Resolution report.
  5. Added conversation result option of 'Transfer' for the agent in the case of Warm Transfer/Add Party is done.
  6. Added 2 new email templates for Airbnb inquiries.

  1. Added date filter to Housekeeping Billing page based on the housekeeping work order completed date.
  2. Added transaction date of maint. work order charge to Work Order Summary report.
  3. Fixed error with certain owner transactions not showing.
  4. Fixed issue related to voided owner fees on reservation check-in.
