From time to time there will be phone numbers that call into your company that, for whatever reason, you would like to have blocked. Thankfully, blocking a number is very easy to do in TRACK Pulse.
To start, you will need to make sure that you have Configuration access as a User in TRACK. To access Configuration, click on the Configuration link in the upper right hand corner of TRACK Pulse.
From there you will be brought into the Configuration Center. Under the Pulse Setup tab, look to the far left column titled System Setup. The third option down is Blocked Numbers.
Once inside Blocked Numbers, you will be able to see a list of numbers currently blocked by your company. To add a blocked number, click on the green +Blocked Number button in the upper right hand corner and enter both the phone number you wish to block as well as a reason for the number being blocked (for example, “Spam Calls”).
Press the Save Number button and whenever that particular phone number tries to call into your TRACK system, it will be disconnected automatically.
