A common inquiry is how to handle repeat guests in Track Pulse. For instance, if you get a call about a reservation down the road (perhaps next year) but the caller is being associated with a “closed – won” lead from the past. There is an easy solution located on the Lead Form within the disposition.
When a call comes through TRACK, it does automatically pull up the old lead associated with that particular contact. However, if the lead is closed and you wish to open a new led for that contact, you need to simply press the NEW LEAD button. From there, you will be able to create a new lead for that particular contact.
You will still have the ability to look up a contact’s lead history if you want. Simply go into the CRM icon on the left hand side of your screen and click into the Contacts section in the dropdown menu. When you open up a contact, you will have the ability to look up every lead stored Lead associated with that contact.
