If you go to the Agent Dashboard and you see a blank page it means that your user account is not setup as an Agent. To add yourself as an agent you will need access to Configuration area. Once in Configuration, click on the Pulse tab and click on Agents. Click on the Add button in the top right corner to add an Agent.
