How to Setup Pulse Agents?

To access pulse call tools, each user needs an agent profile.

To setup Pulse Agents go to Configuration > Pulse tab > Agents.

Any Agents already added will show up on the main Agent screen. To add a new agent click on the +Agent button in the top right corner. Once on the Add page fill out all required fields.
