Yes, if you are using TRACK Property Management System (PMS) with the Owner Module turned on you can invite Owners to an Owner Portal.
To invite an owner to their portal go to the left menu to Owners
Next, click on the 'View' button.
Once on the Owner's profile click under the 'Contacts' tab and click the 'Actions' button. Select 'Invite'.
If the 'Invite' option does not appear then this means that the owner has already been sent the initial invite. You may see the Re-invite option if the owner has yet to set their password. If Invite or Re-invite options do not appear the owner has set their password already. In this case, the owner will need to go through the Forgot Password on the owner portal login screen.
