  1. Fixed issue of lead reseting if a different contact is selected while in disposition within Agent Dashboard.
  2. Fixed issue of resetting activity if no lead matches.

Property Management System


  1. Payment Scheduling
  • When a new reservation is made in the system, Track will display dates of when payments are due based on the deposit policy set on the unit on the view reservation screen under the 'Reservation Guarantee' panel.


  1. Pets as Extra Person Increments
  • Update to Unit Profiles to select if units allow pets and if so ability to set max number of pets.
  • Pets will now show on new/view reservations as an extra person increment option for units that allow pets.
  • When number of pets is selected the pet fee amount can be calculated as a reservation charge or as part of the rent.
  • Applies to both the Property Management System and Online Booking Engine.


  1. Fixed issue with fee pricing when posting transactions.
  2. Fixed other fee issues related to open tickets.
