  1. iCal Link
  • Keep your availability calendars up-to-date on multiple vacation rental listing sites with iCal.
  • Nearly all of the major vacation rental listing sites support an iCal link. The list includes major listing sites like FlipKey (TripAdvisor), HomeAway/VRBO, AirBnB, and many others! You can even share the iCal link with your owners and they can import it into their personal calendars.
  • You can just copy the iCal link from the Unit Profile > Select Unit > Channels tab > from there you can copy the iCal link. Paste the link into the listing site's iCal interface. From that point forward, the calendar on the listing site will pull your property calendar directly from Track.

  2. Output all guest phone numbers in Source of Call Report export.
