  1. Live Call Listening
  • Managers can listen in on a call an agent is currently on.
  • Pulse preferences added that when a manager listens to an agent, we will inform the agent of that action if preference is enabled.

Property Management System


  1. Homeaway / VRBO Connection
  • New 2-way connection to Homeaway / VRBO supported.
  • Unit listing information (photos, descriptions, amenities, etc) published automatically.
  • Guests view listings and can search availability, get rate quote, and make bookings directly from Homeaway listing.
  • Bookings made on Homeaway are reserved in Track PM automatically.


  1. Added Pet request mode to channel management. This setting allows booking of pet or require approval to book a pet in a unit.
  1. Fixed issue with Reservation Charges report by excluding deleted charges.
  2. Fixed issue with summing of fees on the Cleaner Pay Audit report.
  3. Updated alert message for owners when making an owner guest reservation in the Owner Portal to notify owner that they should not use their own contact information.
  4. Fixed several issues with the Vendor Payment Summary report
