  1. Lead Email Notifications
  • Two new notifications are available for an user to select: Daily Leads Summary & Lead Follow-up Email.
  • Daily Leads Summary: Email sent by Track in the morning to users showing their Leads due today and that are overdue.
  • Lead Follow-up Email: Email sent to user 15-20 minutes before follow-up date/time on a lead.
  • If you would like to receive either notification you can go to your user profile and select the checkbox next to each option to start receiving.


  1. Prevent invalid tokens from breaking email template selection.

Property Management System

  1. When user removes a booking fee on a reservation, that removal will now show in the audit log.
  2. Fixed date conditional logic issue on Occupancy Report - Date Range report.
  3. Added three contact emails of Mobile, Home, and Other to the export of In-House report.
  4. Fixed date types selection on Reservation Charges by Unit Report.
