How to Change Guest On A Reservation
If you need to change a guest on a reservation you will need to follow the steps below:
- First, make sure the new contact is in your system by going to the left menu under CRM> Contacts. If the contact is not in your system then you will need to add the contact before proceeding to the next steps. Click the '+ Contact' button (shown below) and fill out the form. Click Save.
- Next search and find the reservation that you want to change the guest on.
- Once on the reservation go under the Guest tab and click the 'Change Guest' button, then select 'Add Existing'.
- Search Contact by typing in their name, email or phone number.
- Select the guest and press the 'Change Guest' button.
- Once changed go back under the 'Guest' tab to verify new contact was selected.
