How To Change Guest On A Reservation?

If you need to change a guest on a reservation you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. First make sure the new contact is in your system by going to the left menu under CRM> Contacts. If the contact is not in your system then you will need to add the contact before proceeding to the next steps. Click the '+ Contact' button (shown below) and fill out the form. Click Save.

  2. Next search and find reservation that you want to change the guest on.
  3. Once on the reservation go under the Guest tab and click the 'Change Guest' button.

  4. Search Contact by typing in their name, email or phone number.
  5. Select the guest and press the 'Change Guest' button.

  6. Once changed go back under the 'Guest' tab to verify new contact was selected.
