If an owner has forgotten their password to your Owner Portal, they can reset by doing the following:
- Go to the Owner Portal login page: https://yourdomain.trackhs.com/owner/ (switch yourdomain with your domain).
- Once on the login page go to the 'Forgot password?' link.
- Enter email address and press the 'Next' button.
- If the system found the owner's email then they will receive instructions to reset their password.
If the system did not find the owner's email then they may not have been invited and you will need to send an invite first. Here is an article on 'How to send an Owner Portal invite to an owner'.
