Exception Report [Non-Lead] Summary and Details

Description

These two reports show additional information about Non-Lead Dispositioned Calls.

The Exception Non-Lead Details report shows all of the calls that have occurred during a specified date range that were dispositioned as a Non-Lead call and provides the Non-Lead type that was selected.

The Exception Non-Lead Summary report shows all of the Dispositioned Calls that have occurred over the specified date range and totals the amount of Res|Lead Calls vs Non-Lead calls.  For the calls that resulted in a Non-Lead result, the breakdown of Non-Lead result types is shown.

Start Date Date Yes The start date range of when the call was dispositioned.
End Date Date Yes The end date range of when the call was dispositioned.
Direction Single Select No Choose to view All Calls, Inbound, or Outbound.
Agents Multi Select No The name of the agent that dispositioned the call.
Non Lead Type Single Select No (Details report only) The name of the non lead type associated with the dispositioned call result.
Brand Multi Select No The name of the brand that the call was associated with.
