Description

Start Date Date Yes The start date range of when an inbound call came into the system.
End Date Date Yes The end date range of when an inbound call came into the system.
View By Single Select No Allows the user to group this report at the Country, Region, or City level.
Country Multi Select No Allows the user to narrow down the report to a select sub-group of countries (US, CA, and GB).
Region Multi Select No Allows the user to narrow down the report to a select sub-group of regions with the US and Canada.
Campaigns Multi Select No The name of the campaign that the call was associated with.
Brand Multi Select No The name of the brand that the call was associated with.

Column Name Data Type Description Example
Country / Region / City String The abbreviation or name of the Country, Region, or City grouped by.  In select countries and regions the field is linked to enable fast click to drill into a select country or region. US
Total Contacts Number The total number of contacts associated with a call that were found based in the geographical location chosen over the specified time period. 10
New Contacts Number The total number of contacts that were created between the start and end date range at this geographical location. 5
Non Contacts Number The total number of calls that took place without a contact associated to it over the specified time period at this geographical location. 15
Inbound Number The number of incoming calls that have taken place with a caller associated with this geographical location over the specified time period. 300
Dispositioned Number The number of calls that agents dispositioned that have taken place with a caller associated with this geographical location over the specified time period. 200
Res|Lead Number The number of converted, lost, and lead calls that have taken place with a caller associated with this geographical location over the specified time period. 150
Bookings Number The number of converted calls that have taken place with a caller associated with this geographical location over the specified time period. 100
Nights Number The number of nights booked for sales that have occurred in this geographical location over a specified time period. 500
Revenue Currency The total value of all booked sales that originated from this geographical location over a specified time period. $100,000.00
Avg Booking Currency The average amount of a sale from this geographical location over the specified time period. $1000.00
Conversion Rate Percent The number of bookings out of the Res|Leads that have occurred in this geographical location over the specified time period. 66.67%
