This report shows a summary of the calls, chats, and e-mails that have come through a campaign over the specified time period.

Description

Start Date Date Yes The start date range of the call, chat, or email.
End Date Date Yes The end date range of the call, chat, or email.
Tags Multi Select No The name of the tag associated to a campaign.
Brand Multi Select No The name of the brand that the call, chat, or email was associated with.

Call Counts: Total  Number The total number of calls that were associated to this campaign. 100
Call Counts: Offered  Number The total number of calls that were offered to a queue and associated to this campaign. 80
Call Counts: Leads Number The total number of calls that resulted in an open lead associated to this campaign. 50
Call Counts: Won Number The total number of calls that resulted in a conversion associated to this campaign. 25
Call Counts: Lost Number The total number of calls that resulted in a lost lead associated to this campaign. 5
Chat Counts: Total Number The total number of chats that were associated to this campaign. 20
Chat Counts: Leads Number The total number of chats that resulted in an open lead associated to this campaign. 10
Chat Counts: Won Number The total number of chats that resulted in a conversion associated to this campaign. 8
Chat Counts: Lost Number The total number of chats that resulted in a lost lead associated to this campaign. 2
Email Counts: Total Number The total number of emails that were associated to this campaign. 50
