Lead Conversions

Description

The Lead Conversion report shows all leads that have been Won, Open, or Lost by each Agent and the Conversion % and Revenue that has been won, still open, or lost.

Description

Start Date Date Yes The start date range of when the lead was created.
End Date Date Yes The end date range of when the lead was created.
Teams Multi Select No The name of the Team associated with the selected Agents.
Agents Multi Select No The name of the Agent associated with the lead.
Brand Multi Select No The name of the brand associated with the lead.
Campaign Single Select No The name of the campaign associated with the lead.
Campaign Tag Multi Select No A tag that is assigned to the campaign associated with the lead.
Lead Type Multi Select No The type of lead that was created.
Lead Source Multi Select No The source of which the lead was created.
One Conversation Close Single Select No Include or Exclude Conversations that were closed after one conversation was held.

Leads Won Number The total number of leads created by the Agent that have been won. 5
Won Leads Conversion % Percent The percent of total leads created that have been won by this Agent. 50.00%
Won Leads Revenue Number The total value of revenue generated on the leads won by this Agent. $5,000.00
Won Leads Average Booking Number The average value of a booking generated from the leads won by this Agent. $1,000.00
Open Leads Number The total number of leads created by the Agent that are still Open. 3
Open % Percent The percent of total leads created that are still open for this Agent. 30.00%
Open Revenue Number The total value of revenue that could potentially be generated from the open lead. $6,000.00
Lost Leads Number The total number of leads created by the Agent that have been lost. 2
Lost % Percent The percent of total leads created that have been lost for this Agent. 20.00%
Lost Revenue Number The total value of revenue lost for the leads generated by this Agent. $1,000.00
Average Lost Booking Number The average value of a lost booking from the leads lost by this Agent. $500.00
