One Call Resolution

Description

The One Call Resolution report shows dispositioned calls and how many have had a one call conversion or one call loss associated with it per Agent.

Description

Start Date Date Yes The start date range of when the call occurred.
End Date Date Yes The end date range of when the call occurred.
Direction Single Select No Choose to view calls coming from All Direction, Inbound, or Outbound.
Teams Multi Select No The name of the Team associated with the selected Agents.
Brand Multi Select No The name of the brand associated with the call.

Dispositioned Calls Number The total number of calls that were finalized by this Agent. 10
Res|Lead Calls Number The total number of dispositioned calls that were marked as a conversion, lead, loss, or nonlead. 8
One Call Conversions Number The total number of dispositioned calls that were marked as a conversion on the first call. 2
One Call Conversion Percent Percent The percent of Res|Lead Calls that were a One Call Conversion. 25.00%
Revenue Number The total revenue generated by a One Call Conversion phone call. $5,000.00
Average Sale Number The average amount of revenue generated by a One Call Conversion phone call. $2,500.00
One Call Losses Number The total number of dispositioned calls that were marked as a loss on the first call. 1
One Call Loss Percent Percent The percent of Res|Lead Calls that were lost on the first call. 12.50%
