Agent Status Log Summary and Details

Description

The Agent Status Log Detail shows the start and end time of each status for an Agent for a particular day.  The Agent Status Log Summary shows a rollup by day of the total time an agent spent in the system.  The Agent Status Log Summary by Status shows a rollup by day and status of the total time an agent spent in the system.

Start Date Date Yes The start date range of when the Agent Status was tracked.
End Date Date Yes The end date range of when the Agent Status was tracked.
Agents Multi Select No

The name of the Agent being tracked.

Status Type Single Select No

The name of the status type being tracked (user, conversation, channel)

Date (Detail Only) Date Yes

A single date to view details about.
