There are certain times where you would need to change the contact on a reservation. You are able to make these adjustments from the "Guest" tab when on the reservation.
NOTE: You are also able to edit the existing contact associated with said reservation by using the edit button. When you do this you will be editing the current contact, so utilizing this function would only be necessary if you need to change the existing contact information.
To change the contact on said reservation you would click the change guest button. Clicking this button will give you two options; to add a new contact into your CRM or utilize an already existing one.
If you have verified that the contact is indeed NOT within your CRM you would utilize adding a contact that would then change the contact on the reservation. When adding you would follow the necessary steps to creating a contact. Using an existing contact would pull up a searchable screen where you could search for the contact you are changing the reservation to.
