Password Policies differ company by company. You are able to control and set your own unique password policy in TRACK.
How to Navigate to Password Policy Configuration:
Navigate to configurations, click on company setup then click on password policy.

Configure Password Policy
The configuration screen will allow you to set the password complexity, expiration, history, and auth lockout. Click the enabled box to enable the setting.
You are able to set 3 levels of complexity:
- Low - Contains letters and numbers
- Medium - Contains letters (both upper and lowercased) and numbers
- High -Contains letters (both upper and lowercased), numbers and symbols
We recommend that your password policy would be at High option.
You can set how long a password is active within the system before it expires. You are able to select the amount of days before it expires.
In this setting you are able to set the number of previous passwords from a user that the system will remember. This setting will prevent users from using previous passwords when it expires.
This setting will lock out the account temporarily if the limit of attempts is reached. You can set the amount of attempts and the lockout duration in minutes.
