TRACK provides an online Help Center that contains information on all TRACK related features and topics and is the fastest way to find an answer to your question. To access the Help System go to support.trackhs.com. The Help System is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you don’t find your answer, submit a support ticket and we will respond as soon as possible.
TRACK’s support team is available weekdays, excluding all major holidays, between 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Our support department can be reached by phone or by email. For any critical technical support issues, our support team is available 24/7.

Every person accessing the system is required to have their own unique user account set up. If you do not have a separate user account please contact your account administrator.
Google Chrome is the preferred and supported web browser to use when accessing TRACK software products. Please adjust your default browser to Chrome; if you currently don’t have Chrome, a free version can be downloaded by visiting www.google.com/chrome/browser/.
TRACK sets up each company with their own unique URL. You will be invited to your domain and that URL will be what you use moving forward.
Once on the sign-in page, enter your Username and Password. Press the ‘Log In’ button. If you do not yet have a user account please make sure to get in touch with your account administrator.
If you forgot your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and follow the steps.
Users at the end of their day should make sure to sign out of the system. To sign out go to the top right corner of your screen in the header where you see your name. Click on your name and the system give options in a drop down. Click ‘Sign Out’ option to sign out of the system.
TRACK’s layout begins with primary menu options available on the left side of your screen. Many of the primary menu options have sub menu options that you can select. In the very top left, you can access the search by reservation id or by guest name to find the guest you are looking for.
