How To Use
When changing a setting within a single line of a housekeeping work order (Scheduled Date, Clean Type, or Assignee) the change is made as the new selection is made, there is no save, or update button to the changes.
Inspections types cannot be changed, therefore there is no form field when the housekeeping work order is an inspection.
When using the checkboxes on the left side of the list of work orders this will not make any changes unless the changes are made at the bottom toolbar of the screen. In the event that you update a combination of cleans and inspections and you attempt to change the clean type, it will only update the non-inspections to be the updated clean type.
When using the checkboxes, if there is a work order updated in line, while the box is checked, it will make the update in real-time, checking the box does not block updates from being made.
In the event that a user makes a change to a work order while not on the assignment screen, i.e. viewing a single work order, the change will NOT be reflected within the HK assignments screen in real-time, the end-user will need to refresh the screen to get those changes. It is important to know that, because if a change is made to one field in the work order, then a mass update or an inline update are made that reserve that action because the screen is not current, it will revert the change if the same change is not indicated in the assignment screen.
It is important to not have two assignment screens open at the same time, or modify individual work orders while using the assignment screen, as it may create issues with the behavior of work orders due to inconsistent states of screens.
Filters within the Screen
All filters are considered AND and IN filters. Because filters are multi-select it will find all work orders in the selected array of items selected. In the event that a filter is left empty, it will not limit any work orders down by that particular filter.
All filters are defined as AND, meaning it is going to find work orders matching all of the filtered criteria within all filters.
